Patrons at Busselton foreshore are excited about the Shelter Brewery, which will open in the first two weeks of November, with artwork and signs installed this week.

South West artist Andrew Frazer, pictured, is painting a mural at the venue, which is now serving coffee from the cafe window on the north side of the building.

“The first point of inspiration was a dual concept complementing the beautiful architecture and exploring the incredible brewing process,” Mr Frazer said.

“Art in public space is significant in so many ways. It gives us a sense of belonging and ownership of space to ignite the memory and promote return experiences.”
