Things remained tight at the top of the women’s A-grade ladder in Geraldton water polo after last weekend’s matches, with Demons sitting top only on goals scored.

B52s are second, with both sides having taken a win and a draw, and both with a positive goal difference of 11, but Demons having outscored B52s by 21 to 17.

A Demons side featuring star player Kobi Toomath beat the Serpents 17-6 on Sunday, while B52s dispatched Rats 13-2 in their match-up.

In results from men’s A grade, B52s are clear at the top of the table after they edged out Rats on Sunday, 4-3.
