A crash on the Kwinana Freeway southbound blocked a lane, causing major congestion as motorists head home on Friday afternoon.
The crash is located after Farrington Road in Leeming and was reported by Main Roads at 4.09pm.
The two left lanes were blocked by the incident, causing heavy traffic on approach to the site.
Ambulance and towing services were on the scene.
Main Roads has advised drivers to exercise extreme caution if travelling in the area.
The crash has since been cleared, but traffic remains slow leading up to the site.
