Flooding on Mitchell Freeway southbound caused major chaos as commuters headed home on Thursday evening.
The flooding was located before Vincent Street in Leederville and is affecting the left lane.
Vehicles could be seen braving the water, slowing traffic as motorists to navigate the wet and wintery conditions.
The flooding has since been cleared.
