Regional WA’s first COVID-19 clinic opened in Bunbury this morning, in a quiet and orderly fashion.

By the time the clinic opened at 10am, less than 10 people had entered the facility, with no potential patients showing visible signs of distress.

The decision to open the facility stems from a desire to quell the COVID-19 pandemic, with State and Federal governments implementing strict measures throughout society.

At present, the only people who should present to the clinic are those who have fever/respiratory-based symptoms and have either recently returned from overseas or been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.

The clinic will be open between 10am-4pm daily.
