Great white sighted off Bunbury beach

A five-metre great white shark was spotted about 100 metres off Bunbury's Mindalong Beach by a fisherman at about 9am today.

The Department of Fisheries, Bunbury Water Police and both Bunbury and Capel rangers have been notified.

The shark has not been sighted since and no beaches have been closed.

All shark sightings should be reported to the Water Police on 9442 8600.
