Local mothers can keep their health and wellness in-check with the inaugural Wellness Mumma’s Expo this Saturday in Eaton.

One of the organisers Kerry Latham said the event was run entirely by mothers who wanted to “empower” other mothers through physical, mental and emotional wellness.

The family-friendly expo includes expert talks from an osteopath, chiropractor, homeopath and reflexologist.

More than 20 stalls will be on display and about 15 speakers and workshops will keep people entertained.

A gold coin donation on entry and any other money raised will go to the South West Women’s Refuge.

The expo starts at 10am this Saturday at the Eaton Family Centre.
