Four goals kicked within seven minutes of half-time to South Bunbury was enough to sink the Eaton Boomers at Boyanup Oval, as the Tigers went on to win by 59 points.

Recruit Anthony Tsalikis was again the star for the Tigers, booting six goals as the visitors cruised to a 17.12 (114) to 8.7 (55) victory.

The Boomers took it up to the Tigers in the opening term with Chris Atthowe and Jace Cormack busy around the ground and Cormack capped off his efforts with two fine goals.

The Tigers opened up a handy lead in the second quarter but again Cormack gave the Boomers a lift with a goal from deep in the pocket and Stephen Kane followed with one from centre-half-forward.

The Boomers resurgence seemed to spark the Tigers into action and the four-goal burst followed.

Michael Russell had the Boomers in good spirits when he goaled 15 seconds into third quarter and while they did not look like taking charge they did have the better result on the scoreboard with 3.3 to 2.5 for the term with the Tigers adding their goals in the first four minutes.

The scoreboard got a little untidy in the last quarter with six goals to the Tigers and just a couple of behinds to the Boomers.

In defence, Kyle Hams, Mason Hislop and Dylan Harper were able to break up attacks with ease.

Up forward Tsalikis finished with six goals and Guy Piggott, on permit from Perth, was pretty handy with four goals.

Emerging defender Brady London continued his good form while Jaxon Bell ran hard to link up play around the ground.

The Boomers tried hard, with their experienced players Atthowe, the Cormack brothers and Will Oelsnik working overtime.

Young ruckman Nick Martin won a number of hitouts around the ground but the Tigers still won many of the clearances.
