Stories of Swing: Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre set to host show with unique telling of jazz history

Unique stories involving some of the world’s most influential jazz musicians are set to be told on the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre stage as it prepares to host the Stories of Swing. WA jazz group Swinging at the Savoy has come together to perform the tell all tale, revealing the strange lives of jazz greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Cab Calloway, Fats Waller, Louis Armstrong and many more. It is filled with energetic swing dancers and high-paced jazz music performed by world-class WA-based jazz musiscians such as Sid Hennessy, Rhanda Khamis, Mark “E.Mann” Linkington and Jacob Greenmount. Stories of Swing will hit the Bunbury stage from Friday July 8 to Saturday July 9 with Friday’s matinee show including a morning tea and Saturday’s evening show beginning with a swing dance class.
