Western Australia’s thoroughbred community will be fixated on the Bunbury Turf Club this Sunday, with the State’s finest three-year-olds vying for supremacy in the $100,000 Rangeview Stud Classic (1400m).

Leading the pre-race fancies is Daniel and Ben Pearce’s filly Angelic Ruler, who has made a breathless start to her career.

Aside from four victories sprinkled throughout her eight starts, the three-year-old has never finished lower than fourth.

South West trainers will feature heavily in the feature, with Lou Luciani fielding two of his runners – Rebel Yell and My Lady Fair – while Tim Crosby’s gelding Cocky Dodd will also carry the hopes of the region on his shoulders.

Race time is at 4.45pm, with eight races held across the meeting.
