Public are being welcomed to view more than 50 original pieces of art today and tomorrow at the Bunbury Bowling Club.

For the first time the Dalyellup Art Group are coinciding an art exhibition with a two-day women’s bowling championship in order to maximise the amount of people who view their work.

About 20 members of the art group will have their artwork on display, showcasing their work in a variety of different formats including landscapes, seascapes and portraits.

President Barbara Payne said the group worked with a variety of mediums to create unique and interesting pieces she hoped the public would enjoy.

“There will be a variety of content that is sure to meet most people’s taste,” Mrs Payne said.

Prices will range from $60 to $400, but Mrs Payne said there were pieces in a range of sizes and styles to ensure all preferences would be met.

The exhibition will run from 9am both today and tomorrow.

The art group meets at the Stirling Street Art Centre every Friday morning and Mrs Payne said new members were always welcome.

Anyone looking to get involved with the club can contact Mrs Payne on 0417 019 591.
