THREE Bunbury businesses were named among the best WA has to offer when they were made finalists in the State’s peak hospitality awards yesterday.
It comes as the Australian Hotels Association announced a record number of finalists for the 2017 AHA Hospitality Awards for Excellence.
The Rose Hotel was recognised in six award categories - Bar Presentation and Service, Retail Bottleshop, Draught Beer Quality, Conference and Functions and Outstanding Commitment to Workplace Development Practices.
The Bayview Bar is also a finalist, vying for WA’s Best Steak Sandwich Award and the Training Initiative Award.
The Prince of Wales Hotel is a finalist in the Redeveloped Venue Award.
A total of 42 awards will be presented to hospitality businesses and employees at the Iron Jack Gala Ball at Crown Perth on November 13
