Bunbury CEO resigns
Bunbury City Council is in search for a new chief executive after Andrew Brien today confirmed his resignation from the top position.
Mr Brien will vacate the position he has held for six years for a spot at a Perth metropolitan council.
“I have made the decision to take on a new role with a mixture of excitement and reluctance,” Mr Brien said.
“I am keen to embark on a new challenge, but at the same time I will be leaving a progressive city with a promising future.
“Bunbury has seen some significant changes in recent times and the future looks even brighter as the city undergoes an exciting transformation.”
The council will start the recruitment process to replace Mr Brien.
