Bunbury man charged over allegations of filming teenage girl in public toilet block at Back Beach

A 58-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly filming a teenage girl in a public toilet block at a popular Bunbury beach. Bunbury detectives arrested the Bunbury man and charged him with indecently recording a child between the ages of 13 and 16 following an incident at a toilet block at Back Beach on Ocean Drive on Saturday October 8. It is understood the man and the teenager were not previously known to each other. The man is due to appear in Bunbury Magistrates Court later this month. Bunbury’s Back Beach is a popular swimming and surfing spot in the South West town and is home to the local surf lifesaving club and the Back Beach Cafe.
