Supernerd Issa Schultz from The Chase Australia and Rohan Nichol, who plays Ben Astoni on Home and Away, have been announced as the celebrities set to visit Bunbury Centrepoint Shopping Centre on Sunday for the Telethon Carnival Day.

Fans will have the chance to pick up the GWN7 stars in a limousine from the airport if they are the highest bidder at the auction, due to take place from 11am.

In the lead up to the big day, Fat Cat and Doopa Dog visited big and little fans at Bunbury Centrepoint Shopping Centre at the weekend, while collecting donations to kick start the Telethon 2018 campaign.

Centre marketing manager Diana Ashworth-Weeden said the community had been generous with their donations, with one visitor happily dropping a $50 dollar note into the change tin.

Mrs Ashworth-Weeden said the focus had now shifted to making Sunday’s Telethon Carnival Day a success.

With Hot Rods, a climbing wall, train rides, face painting, balloon twisting, show bags and an auction, there is plenty of entertainment for the entire family.

“There is much more happening in the centre this weekend, so people need to come on down,” she said.
