Bunbury United win title

Bunbury United have claimed the South West Soccer Association premier league title, after Dunsborough’s forfeit at the weekend gave them a 3-0 win.

United needed just one point in the remaining three games to seal the championship and were handed it by the weekend’s events.

Hay Park striker Jack Betts scored two goals to lead his side to a 2-0 victory over Australind.

The third Premier League result was a 3-2 victory by Busselton over Dalyellup Rangers.

This weekend Bunbury United play Dynamos, while Hay Park do battle with Dunsborough.
