Bunbury youth precinct progressing with tender awarded

The tender for the $2.5 million youth precinct on Bunbury’s foreshore has been awarded to Advanteering Civil Engineers.

It comes as the revised start date for the project is pushed to September, due to builder availability and delays in manufacturing and materials.

The WA company recently completed similar precincts in Northam and Victoria Park.

Preliminary works, including demolition and earthworks, began in April and are nearing completion.

The precinct will have an event space, mini golf, skate park and a youth services building.
