Bunbury’s Bayview back in the running

The Bayview Bar Bunbury has again proven its impressive culinary skills by being named a finalist at this year’s Australian Hotels Association search for WA’s Best Steak Sandwich.

After winning last year’s award under the regional category, the waterfront bar has again made it to the finalists among three other regional venues - Divers Tavern Broome, Cervantes Bar and Bistro and Endeavour Tavern Lancelin.

Featuring MSA-graded scotch fillet, swiss cheese, red onion, tomato, homemade tomato chutney, and whole grain mustard mayonnaise on wood-fired Turkish bread served with a side of steak-cut chips and aioli, Bayview Bar offers a quality contender for the prize.

This year’s metropolitan and regional finalists will compete in a live cook-off at the 2018 Hospitality Expo and Conference at Crown Perth on May 15 and 16 where the next steak sandwich champion will be crowned.
