A number of items have been stolen from the Capel Cemetery over recent months.

The latest item to go missing from the cemetery was a water tank. LED lights have also been stolen from a child’s grave and bird baths were also taken.

Residents have been asked to keep an eye out for suspicious behaviour and are warned there is surveillance at the cemetery. Any information about the thefts should be reported to the police.
