Ocean Forest Lutheran College chairman Scott Nuske confirmed the school site in Dalyellup had been sold to Baptist Education Resources in a statement today.

“Upon the closure of Ocean Forest Lutheran College at the end of the 2017 school year, the College Board with the support of Lutheran Education SA, NT and WA undertook to sell the College site and assets,” Mr Nuske said.

“It is with much pleasure that we advise that the site has been sold to Baptist Education Resources and that the delivery of Christian education will continue on this site into the future.

“Baptist Education Resources are in the process of obtaining appropriate registration, to develop Bunbury Baptist College and Bunbury Baptist Early Learning Centre.

“We wish Baptist Education Resources every blessing and success in their future endeavours. The Ocean Forest Board expresses its gratitude to the community for the support shown during the difficult time of closure of the College, and for an outcome that would see the continuation of Christian education at the site.”
