A South West not-for-profit organisation which provides men in the community with a place to gather and socialise in a supportive environment has fallen victim to burglary.

The Leschenault Men’s Shed offers a safe space for its almost 100 members to find camaraderie while they work, boosting their mental health.

But the weekend saw the shed targeted by thieves who stole the office computer, a new mobile phone and cool drinks and attempted to steal the safe.

The shed was left with a damaged roller door and sugar strewn throughout the workshop.
