Cyclist dies in SW Highway crash
A cyclist has died after colliding with a car on South Western Highway this morning.
Police, paramedics and firefighters responded to the crash at the South Western Highway and Russell Road intersection about 8.40am.
Police have confirmed a male cyclist in his 60s died at the scene.
The cyclist collided with a green 2003 Toyota Camry sedan which was travelling southbound on the highway.
The man had been riding with a group of cyclists.
Major crash officers are investigating.
