A survey into the level of community support for a proposed fenced dog exercise area in Eaton received 532 responses, making it the biggest response ever received by the Dardanup Shire Council to a consultation of its kind.
A report detailing the results will presented to the council on April 17.
The results include more than 200 additional comments and should provide the council with a measure of community sentiment on the topic. The report will be available for viewing online once the April 17 meeting agenda is released.
