The Easter bunny has hopped into the Bunbury Forum shopping centre earlier this week, ahead of his duties this Easter Sunday.

Bunbury Forum manager Ash Hastie said the Easter bunny has been very popular with the children.

“So many kids are grabbing a selfie with the Easter bunny and he has been handing out delicious chocolate eggs,” Mr Hastie said.

“Everyone is happy to see him swing by.”

Mr Hastie said the Easter bunny will be making more appearances this week at the Bunbury Forum — delivery eggs and greeting shoppers everyday this week except Good Friday.

Mr Hastie said the forum will also be hosting a range of different activities over the entire school holiday break.

“We have been running our Mad Hatters tea party and that booked out weeks ago with close to 500 children visiting the tea party across this week,” he said.

“Also next week we will have Anzac baking workshops which are free to attend so just come down and visit the forum,” Mr Hastie said.

“We will be set up outside of Rockmans next Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday — so make sure you get down if you would like to bake some delicious Anzac biscuits.”

The Bunbury Forum will be open the entire Easter long weekend but will be closed tomorrow for Good Friday and Anzac Day.
