South West community groups and charities will put their wrapping skills to the test at the Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre this Christmas.

Four local organisations will be selected by the centre and the Wrapped with Love campaign sponsors, including the South Western Times, to man the gift wrapping station in the four weeks leading up to Christmas.

Centre marketing manager Ashley Hastie said shoppers would be able to swap donations for beautifully wrapped gifts from November 25 until December 24.

During this time, the groups will have the opportunity to engage with the community, spread their message and raise money for their cause.

“We’re so happy to partner with our community and give them the opportunity to fundraise and raise awareness of their group, especially during the festive season,” Mr Hastie said.

“As a community centre, we’re committed to supporting local groups and charities however we can.

“Wrapped with Love is just another way we can partner with our community.”

Organisations interested in participating in the Wrapped with Love campaign should contact the centre on 9721 5899 and request an expression of interest form to be returned no later than November 20.

The selected community groups will be notified by Bunbury Forum centre management.
