International Women’s Day

A number of South West events this weekend will commemorate International Women’s Day today to celebrate women’s rights and achievements.

Edith Cowan University South West campus invites all to its student guild where a free morning tea will honour women’s achievements and success.

The South West Women’s Health and Information Centre will then be hosting its symposium on Saturday at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre featuring inspiring speakers, dynamic workshops and breathtaking performances.

The events finish up on Sunday with the Zonta Club of Bunbury’s morning tea at the Sanctuary Golf Resort where guest speaker, 2016 WA Telstra Entrepreneur and Business Woman of the Year Julie Adams will share an inspirational talk.
