Jets ‘tea-off’ to close season

It was an end of season with a difference, as all three ECU Souwest Jets teams enjoyed an afternoon of high tea on Sunday.

Brooke Repacholi capped off a scintillating season, winning the league best and fairest along with both the South West Netball Football League’s best and fairest and rising star awards.

Paris Newman, who tied with Repacholi for the SWNFL MVP award, matched her effort by winning the 18-and-under MVP award.

2018 season award winners

League: MVP — Brooke Repacholi, coach’s award — Giselle Taylor, players’ player — Maia Bratton.

Reserves: MVP — Tierrah Miller, coach’s award — Serena Nandapi, most consistent — Elycce Webb.

18-and-under: MVP — Paris Newman, runner-up — Chloe Willsher, most improved — Emily Wilson.
