Man in critical condition after altercation in shopping centre carpark in Bunbury

A man is in a critical but stable condition in Royal Perth Hospital after receiving a head wound in an altercation in a Bunbury shopping centre carpark on Tuesday night.

Police allege about 8.15pm, four men were involved in a physical altercation in the carpark of a shopping centre.

Police said the parties eventually separated and two of the men involved left in a white VS Holden Commodore utility.

During the altercation one man received a head wound and was taken to Bunbury Hospital and later flown to Royal Perth after his condition deteriorated.

Bunbury Detectives have charged a 26-year-old Bunbury man with grievous bodily harm, as well as a number of drugs and weapons charges.

He appeared in the Bunbury Magistrates Court today and will reappear on 10 July 2020.
