Bunbury Toyota knows what it takes to provide exceptional service.

The dealership’s service department has scooped a gold award, naming it Toyota’s best rural service department in Australia.

The award is part of an excellence program run by the manufacturer each year as a way for dealerships to ensure they are meeting or exceeding Toyota’s standards.

Marketing and business manager Sarah Fulton McIsaac said the recognition was fantastic for not just the work the service staff did but the business as well.

She said the criteria was tough and included assessments on areas such as guest satisfaction, accurate record keeping, extensive staff development and meeting guests’ expectations of an efficient and quality repair or service.

The gold award is given to the dealership which has the highest point accumulation for the year, nationally in rural as well as metro areas.
