Bethanie Esprit will fling open its doors between 1pm and 3pm today to showcase the village lifestyle with help from existing residents.

Prospective residents will have the chance to tour the gym, hairdressing salon, theatre and bar and discover the range of programs available.

“Our bowlers will be out on the green playing, there will also be men in the men’s shed and people in the swimming pool,” village manager Colleen Fitzgerald said.

“Hopefully we will highlight all the different recreational activities available in the clubhouse in the village.”

Sales consultant Norm Jones said the remaining villas would be open to view.

“We will also have a general Q&A session where we will invite a couple of the local residents to join the conversation,” he said.
