Police charge 65yo man following “cannabis house” find

Police have allegedly discovered an entire house in Millbridge converted into a hydroponic cannabis set up.

Bunbury detectives have charged a 65-year-old Glen Iris man following a search on the Duncan Loop home yesterday.

Police allegedly found 150 cannabis plants at different stages of growth and said the whole house had been modified to grow the plants.

The man has been charged with cultivating a prohibited plant with intent to sell or supply.

He was due to appear in Bunbury Magistrates Court today.
