Police seek help after weekend crime spree
Bunbury police are seeking information from the public following a spate of burglaries in the South West on Sunday night.
Bunbury Sen. Sgt Mal Jones said a white Triton utility was stolen from the Bunbury area and used in a series of burglaries.
“The offences occurred in Waterloo, Dardanup, Brunswick Junction, Burekup and Harvey,” he said.
“Service stations and general stores were targeted with cigarettes and confectionery stolen.
“That vehicle has been recovered, burnt out near the Bunbury hockey ovals. Inquiries are under way seeking CCTV footage of the offenders.”
The offences occurred between 11pm Sunday and 12.30am Monday.
