Rates meeting announced

Capel Shire Council has announced the date of its Special Council Meeting to settle on the rates increase for the 2019/20 financial year.

Councillors will take to the chambers on Monday, June 17, to workshop and settle on an increase figure after the recommended 4 per cent increase was voted down 5-4 at the last ordinary council meeting.
