The early intervention centre at Glen Huon Primary School was officially opened yesterday by Collie-Preston MLA Mick Murray and Glen Huon Primary School principal Carolyn Nankervis.
The new $1.5 million state-of-the-art centre will provide essential services and support to benefit families and students in the local area.
Children from birth to eight years old will be able to access services on site including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language specialists and have access to a child health nurse.
The new centre will be accessible to families from Glen Huon, Eaton, River Valley and Clifton Park primary schools.
