1. Bunbury Turf Club

Thoroughbred racing returns to the Bunbury Turf Club on Thursday from 1.10pm with gates open at 12pm. The feature race will be the Class 5 1675 metres, with the last race being run at 5.15pm.

2. Toby’s Will to Walk

BREC and the Scheffner family will be hosting a fundraising for two-year-old Toby is go to the USA for life changing surgery for Cerebral Palsy. The event will be held at BREC on Friday from 6.30pm, with drinks, canapés, auctions and live entertainment all present.

3. Sprintcar Series

The Bunbury Car Club/Speedway will host round five of the Maddington Toyota Sprintcar Series on Saturday between 5pm and 10.30pm. Children aged under 14 will receive free entry when accompanied by an adult.

4. Creed 2

Under the tutelage of Rocky Balboa, newly crowned light heavyweight champion, Adonis Creed, faces off against Vitor Drago, the son of Ivan Drago. Creed 2 opens at Grand Cinemas Bunbury tomorrow.

5. Horn vs Mundine

Jeff Horn will fight Anthony Mundine in what will be the biggest boxing bout on Australian soil in 2018 and the highway Hotel will be showing the fight live from 5pm.

6. Artisan Fayre

The Victoria Street Artisan Fayre will be awash with vibrancy and festive cheer as the street is closed to traffic and artisan stalls, entertainers and local vendors will take to the street on Saturday from 3.00pm - 7.00pm.

7. Festive or Panto

Directors Janice Phillips and Jaxon D'Ath are bringing a mismatch of fairytales and festive flair to the stage with 'Cinders' by Geoff Bamber and 'Ebony Scrooge' by D M Larson in a festive atmosphere at the Little Theatre in Eaton on Friday and at the weekend at Little Theatre Eaton.

8. Open Floor Night

Caf-fez Bunbury and the Bunbury Writer's Group are hosting an open mic night on Friday from 6.30pm. Aspiring writers are welcome to take to the stage in a night of poetry, song and storytelling.

9. Australind Carols

Australind Family Christmas Carols is held on the Treendale Primary School on the Oval on Saturday with gates open from 4.30pm. Concert starts at 5.30pm with free entry, with a sausage sizzle, drinks, ice cream and coffee available for purchase.

10. Bunbury Markets

The Bunbury Markets are on again this Saturday from 8am until 1pm at Queen’s Gardens. The markets bring quality local growers, producers and artists together to showcase their goods and services.
