Tronox Spring Out Festival set to return bigger and better to Eaton Foreshore for 2024

The Shire of Dardanup’s biggest annual event is set to return on the weekend, with attendees promised it will be bigger and better than before. This year’s Tronox Spring Out festival will pack out the Eaton Foreshore on Sunday, celebrating National Children’s Week and offering a free, fun-filled day for families. Now in its ninth year, there will be a variety activities including miniature train rides, go-karts, a highland cow meet-and-greet, sensory zone and soft play area on offer. A Bluey and Bingo meet-and-greet highlights the entertainment for the festival, with Eco Faeries roving performers, a didgeridoo performance, dance showcases and DJ sets, This year’s festival will include a new dedicated artisanal market area to showcase a variety of handmade goods, and attendees could win a worm farm. Shire president Tyrrell Gardiner said the event was an important one in fostering community connection. “The Tronox Spring Out Festival has become a cornerstone of community connection, bringing families together for a day of fun and celebration,” he said. “We are immensely proud to host such an inclusive, family-friendly event that continues to attract thousands of visitors, not only from the Shire of Dardanup but from across the greater Bunbury region.” One of the biggest events in the area, last year’s festival was attended by more than 5000 people.
