Weather rides rollercoaster

Bunbury has already experienced a 15C variation in maximum temperatures during the opening 10 days of the year.

Bunbury reached 39C on January 4, which was hotter than all but one day of 2016, before dropping to just 24.5C the next day.

The maximum then only reached 23.5C last Friday, the year’s lowest, although the Bureau of Meteorology has only predicted a top of 23C for today.
