Women dies in Dardanup Boxing Day crash

One person is dead and another seriously injured following what is believed to be a single vehicle crash in Dardanup this morning.

Major Crash Investigators are seeking information regarding the accident, which occurred on Thursday, December 26, around 12:05am.

A Subaru Forester was being driven south on Ferguson Road, Dardanup, towards Ratcliffe Road when it crossed to the wrong side of the road, before leaving the roadway where it struck a concrete storm water drain.

A woman, who is in her 20’s and who was a passenger in the vehicle, died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle, a woman in her 60’s, and a male passenger, who is in his 20’s, received serious injuries.

They were flown to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter.
