Work goes on at boat harbour

Phase two of the $12.3 million Jetty Road causeway redevelopment at Casuarina Boat Harbour kicked off on Friday.

The work is part of the Transforming Bunbury’s Waterfront project with the $5.8 million contract awarded to Densford Civil.

The latest work includes the reconstruction of Jetty Road, increased parking with 164 bays, the introduction of shared paths and and landscaping and a multi-purpose building with toilets, plus improvements to utility services in the area.
