The City of Bunbury is running free community workshops on ‘calming your anxious teen’ to help parents who may have children suffering with anxiety.

In the session parents will learn a range of strategies to help their teen overcome anxiety and identify and reduce their triggers.

It will also enable parents to help their kids acknowledge underlying fears and how to deal with any stresses which may surface in everyday life.
