This year’s Telethon house in Clementine is so much more than a shelter, with the home raising $1.305 million for WA’s sick children.
The home, set in the masterplanned community in the Upper Swan region 35km from the city, was a a collaboration between Telethon, Blueprint Homes and the Satterley Group.
The spectacular home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a home theatre and a pool in the front yard, set on nearly 600sqm of land.
Land developer Nigel Satterley said his company was happy to do its bit to help sick children.
“Hopefully we can do this for another 55 years,” he said of his company’s long-standing contribution.
Craig Park, general manager of Blueprint Homes, said it was his group’s favourite project of the year.
He said the company relished the opportunity to help telethon and to showcase their quality craftsmanship.
Speaking during the televised event, 2025 Little Telethon Star Jordan Blair gave the home his seal of approval, claiming his favourite feature was the swimming pool in the front yard.
