Crashes and breakdowns on several Perth roads on Friday morning have caused mayhem for commuters.

Various lanes have been closed on Leach Highway eastbound after a vehicle rolled at the intersection of Abernethy Road in Kewdale.

Vision from Main Roads shows a black vehicle on its roof in the middle of several lanes.

St John WA confirmed two ambulance crews were on the scene in addition to police.

A woman in her 30s has been removed from the vehicle and is being checked over by paramedics.

Her injuries are unknow.

Traffic remains slow in the area, with motorists advised to proceed with caution.

In Forrestdale, a crash has resulted in a lane closure on Armadale Road westbound before Nicholson Road.

Police and towing services remain on scene, with incident response shutting the lane to motorists.

It follows a wild week on WA roads, after a teen died in a crash involving a bridge pylon on Monday.
