Elderly man’s body found after caravan fire on Clarke Street in Manjimup

A body of an elderly man has been found after a caravan fire in the State’s South West.

Emergency crews were called to the blaze at the caravan on Clarke Street in Manjimup about 4pm on Saturday.

They found the 78-year-old man’s body inside. It’s believed he lived in the caravan.

Arson Squad detectives and Bunbury Detectives have deemed the man’s death to be non-suspicious.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
