A leading WA dispute resolution law expert will join The West Live this morning to break down the latest legal stoush between WA Premier Mark McGowan and Queensland mining magnate Clive Palmer.

WA's Pragma Lawyers managing director Aaron McDonald will weigh in on The West Australian’s frontpage story today that revealed Mr McGowan is firing back at Mr Palmer's defamation case against him — launching his own counterclaim.

Mr McGowan has claimed Mr Palmer "badly injured" his reputation through comments that caused him "hurt and embarrassment as well as "loss and damage".
