A woman has detailed a tense run-in she had with accused teen killer Simon Carman weeks before he allegedly murdered Tunchanok Donhomla in Thailand.
Mr Carman was arrested at Bangkok’s Suvarnamhumi Airport on Friday as he allegedly tried to board a Jetstar flight bound for Perth.
His arrest came after the body of Ms Donhomla, 17, was allegedly found stuffed inside a suitcase abandoned beside railway tracks in the popular tourist city of Pattaya.
The 45-year-old is now facing multiple charges including murder, moving or destroying a corpse, concealing a corpse and abduction of a child for indecent purpose.
Khanittha Thongsuknmag, 53, claims she encountered Mr Carman three weeks earlier on June 5 after the pair were involved in a motorbike crash outside the apartment they were both staying at in Pattaya.

Sign upMs Thongsuknmag said Mr Carman became enraged following the crash, describing his behaviour as aggressive and intimidating.
“He was angry, angry,” she said, comparing him to “King Kong”.
According to WhatsApp messages obtained and seen by AAP, Mr Carman allegedly threatened the woman and demanded she buy him a wheelchair.
“Buy me a wheelchair now ... or I will make sure big trouble,” he allegedly wrote in one message sent to Ms Thongsuknmag.
Ms Thongsuknmag claims that Mr Carman called her “stupid and dopey” when she apologised and explained her insurance would cover any costs arising from the accident.
In another message, Mr Carman hurled profanities at the woman, writing “I have to see specialist in Pattaya. I need taxi!! You can pay, you evil B...H.”
Ms Thongsuknmag said police instructed her to pay Mr Carman 2,000 Thai Baht ($AUD87) after the crash, but claimed he continued to ask her for more money to buy a wheelchair.
She eventually “blocked his number” when his message demands didn’t stop.
Ms Thongsuknmag’s boyfriend, Andro, said the couple were shocked when they heard Mr Carman had been arrested over the alleged killing of Ms Donhomla.
Claims of the tense exchange come after local witnesses said they saw Mr Carman drinking with a sex worker just hours before the alleged murder.
The Daily Telegraph reported a hostess at the Marina 2 Bar in Jomtien Beach, Thailand, said Mr Carman had allegedly been knocked back by another woman shortly before he met Ms Donhomla.
Sky Kanyarat, 23, said she witnessed the man drinking a beer in the venue alongside another worker.
“He bought one drink for the lady and drank one bottle of beer,” Ms Kanyarat said.
According to Ms Kanyarat, Mr Carman attempted to hire the woman for sexual services, but she refused.
