The Dockers first wore the green, purple and white kit in the opening round of ’95, against Sunday’s opponent Richmond at the MCG.

The club will even wear the white shorts and retro socks for the occasion, matching what they ran out in on April 1 that year led by inaugural skipper Ben Allan.

Wild-haired defender Alex Pearce modelled the kit in front of an old Dockers logo in the harbour city which will no doubt give fans a sense of nostalgia.

Fremantle host the Tigers on Sunday afternoon at Optus Stadium.

The jumpers, including a long-sleeve replica edition modelled by Rory Lobb above, are available from the Dockers team store.

Lobb’s edition will hurt the back pocket, going for $250 on the Dockers team store.

The Dockers have worn a variety of different jumpers in previous Retro Rounds including old East Fremantle and South Fremantle WAFL kits.
