Randall had to be helped from the ground and was ruled out of the Crows AFLW preliminary final win over Melbourne on Saturday, after suffering a head knock in a heavy collision with Demon Eliza McNamara.

At the eight-minute mark of the first quarter, Randall and McNamara were both running hard toward the ball near the centre of Adelaide Oval when they clashed heads in the contest, both falling onto the grass.

They both stayed motionless on the turf for a few moments before being helped from the ground by their respective club medicos.

Adelaide will now await the winner of Brisbane and Collingwood, who will face off at the Gabba this afternoon.

Under the new AFL protocols, players must rest for a mandatory 12 days after suffering a concussion meaning Randall would be ineligible to compete in the grand final.

Randall, who became an Australian reality TV celebrity when she appeared on the latest The Amazing Race Australia series with Adelaide teammate Marijana (MJ) Rajcic, has been ruled out once in 2021 under the new protocols after experiencing delayed concussion earlier this season.
