Lewis Jetta has become the highest-profile casualty of West Coast’s Gold Coast hub nightmare, being dropped just days after celebrating his 200th AFL game.

The struggling Eagles made four changes for the second straight week, as they seek to end their three-match losing run against Sydney at Metricon Stadium on Saturday.

Ruckman Tom Hickey was again omitted, while Jarrod Brander (injured) and Will Schofield (suspended) were the others to come out of the side that lost to Port Adelaide by 48 points last weekend.
