Amora Adelaide to open within weeks

The $73 million Amora Hotel Adelaide opens in Victoria Square, in the heart of the South Australian capital’s CBD, on July 1, 2026.

In a building that was formerly the Hilton Adelaide, at 233 Victoria Square, this newly branded five-star hotel will have 380 guest rooms and a 660sqm ballroom.

It is close to Gouger Street, Chinatown and the Adelaide Central Market.

Amora Adelaide will have new dining places like the brasserie-style cafe Victoria’s Table. This will have outdoor seating overlooking the square. The Coal Cellar + Grill is being upgraded to continue featuring South Australian produce.
