UPDATES: Australia’s most high-profile celebrities have gathered at the Star Sydney for the 66th TV Week Logies Awards.
Hosted by Robert Irwin, the ceremony will kick off at 7pm and feature a performance from Peking Duck, with Simon Baker, Tim Minchin, Mick Molloy and Nat Barr among some of the key presenters.
The Gold Logie award will be announced at the end of the ceremony, with Ally Langdon, Julia Morris, Lisa Millar, Poh Ling Yeow, Robert Irwin, Sam Pang and Todd Woodbridge set to battle it out for the top gong.

Sam Pang wins Gold!
Stan Pang - sorry, Sam Pang - has brought home TV’s highest honour - The Gold Logie!
It’s his first Gold Logie.
“I don’t know what to say, I’ve never received a standing ovation,” he jokes.
“I wanted to say, it’s a big honour.”
He’s going to keep things short...by performing three songs.
JOKES!
He’s clearly enjoying himself.
Pang paid tribute to Robert Irwin, saying, “what a wonderful job he’s done.”
“22 years old - I have neck ties older than him.”
Sam is loading up his acceptance speech with jokes galore - we’d expect nothing less.
He’s thanking SBS for giving him his first job, and Working Dog, who are the production company responsible for many of the shows he’s appeared on.
He’s also giving The Front Bar a shout-out - love that show!
Tom Gleisner and Mick Molloy get special attention - he says he owes much to them.
He follows up this sweet sentiment with a sledge, because OF COURSE!
“I am very, very lucky, and very grateful to be a part of (the Australian TV industry),” he finishes off with.

Sam Neill wins posthumous Best Lead Actor in a Drama Logie for The Twelve
Accepting the award is his friend and colleague, Heather Mitchell.
“The Twelve meant a great deal to Sam,” Heather says.
“He was incredibly proud of this show, of each season of it.
“He really relished the character.”
Sam passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago.
“I am not here to speak about Sam, but I just know how much this would mean,” Heather says.
“Looking out here at all of you, and thinking of all the viewers at home, I know his heart would be so full.
“I know he would want to pour you a wine and embrace you all.”

This is Brooke’s third Logie - the first win was in 1998, for Best New Talent.
What a career she’s had!
“This means a lot to the 16 year-old kid who first stood in front of you thirty years ago...and the now nearly-46-year-old who feels like she’s just beginning,” she says.
Side note: if you’ve not caught Dear Life, you MUST.
Brooke is sensational in it.

Logies Hall Of Fame: Andrew Denton inducted
Amanda Keller is paying tribute to her good mate, Andrew Denton, who is being inducted into the Logies Hall of Fame.
And about time, too!
“He has never stopped taking risks or pushing boundaries,” Keller says.
“He has always been the funniest person I know, but also the smartest, the silliest and the sweetest.
“His friendship has been such a gift, and to work alongside him for all these years has been a wonderful bonus.”
Many of Australia’s best-known comedians are in the package, giving him a shout-out.
“Andrew has always had an uncomfrotable relationship with the Logies,” his wife Jennifer Byrne says - cut to video footage of him sitting on James Packer’s lap.
